DraftStack for Word
DraftStack, Inc.
The DraftStack add-in for Microsoft Word checks the file you have open against the operative draft of a deal before you send it. It records a fingerprint of each circulated draft and compares a markup against that fingerprint when it comes back. The document itself is not uploaded.
The add-in is free. It works with a DraftStack account, and your first deal is free.
Microsoft is reviewing the add-in for listing in Microsoft AppSource. Until it is listed, request a demo and we will show you how to use it.
